Jennielyn Dino Rossi began her career as a workforce development consultant five years ago. Having worked in various industries ranging from sports and fitness, high-tech, multimedia, higher education, law firms and non-profits for the past 20 years, she fell into a career that allows her to work with her favorite people -- the young people -- and share her expertise with them on how to succeed in different career fields at the workplace.

She has successfully developed and implemented summer internship and workforce development programs for school districts, non-profit organizations, and business organizations, throughout the Bay Area.  She understands that our local and regional economy is driven by a skilled workforce and has helped develop over 300 internships for Bay Area youth.

As a youth workforce development consultant, Jennielyn is focused on making sure young people have the opportunity to develop their skills set and successfully perform in the workplace. In addition to obtaining her Human Resources Management certificate from UC Berkeley, Jennielyn holds a Bachelor“s degree in Communications from Gonzaga University and a Master“s degree in Sports and Fitness Management from the University of San Francisco.

As a former youth sports camp director, Jennielyn always finds a way to stress the importance of physical fitness in the lifestyles of young people as she prepares them for the workforce.
