At Urban Joule, we work with businesses to create engaging and educational internship opportunities for young people to achieve learning objectives and gain insight to various careers.

We work with schools on developing work readiness programs to ensure each young person is confident and prepared to step foot in the workplace.

We are passionate about enabling young people to explore their career aspirations, create goals for themselves and achieve success at the workplace. We are also passionate about building our economy with a workforce that is comprised of local and highly skilled individual who strive for success.
